Following God's command, 4GospelChurch came to the USA

On the 23rd day of December, 2012, near the prayer center in the district of Wonji-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Korea, I was in my car. And then, God appeared in the presence and said, "Kyungho! You will move on to the world!" On December 28, 2013, I heard the voice of Jesus while praying at the prayer center. He said to me, "Plant a church!" "What should I preach?" "Preach to them that if they break the Ten Commandments they will go to hell!" From the first week of January 2014, we held worship services every Sunday under the name of "Mannam Church" at a family home in 6717, Sinheung-dong, Sujeong-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea.

In October 2014, the Holy Spirit divinely moved upon my heart and prompted me to change the name of the church to "4GospelChurch." Thereafter, in March 2016, we relocated our worship center to 244-4, Pungsan-dong, Hanam-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea, and worshiped from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Saturdays, and from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sundays. In 2018, the Holy Spirit prompted me to start a new worship service, so I opened the 4GospelChurch prayer center on August 16 at 55-6 Bonmaeul-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Korea.

In July 2019, while praying I received God’s command to “Build a publishing company!” So on March 16, 2020, I founded the <Hebrew&Greek Translation Publishing House> located at 55-1 Bonmaeul-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul. At the end of March 2020, I heard, “You were born to be a USA pastor!” At that time, while showing me a church overlooking a lake and inspiring me to start a church, I heard the subtle voice of Jesus saying the place, “Michigan!” On March 8, 2022, I was ordained as a pastor at the Northwestern Presbytery of the General Assembly of the United Korean Presbyterian Overseas Church of Korea.

On October 14, 2022, <Hebrew&Greek Translation Publisher Inc> was registered as a publishing company in the United States, and the building was purchased at 1738 E M35, Little Lake MI 49833 on March 30, 2023. 4GospelChurch came to the USA on October 19, 2023, and established <4GospelChurch Inc> on March 26, 2024.

Because Abraham obeyed God’s command and came to the land of Canaan, so the gospel of going to heaven could faithfully transmitted for two millennia. In like manner, 4GospelChurch also obeyed God’s command with faith and came to the USA according to God’s will. 4GospelChurch is a church of true Christians who believe that if someone wants to go to heaven, he must obey the Ten Commandments, the Sermon on the Mount, and the voice of the Holy Spirit. God's commands have always existed to me, and I have lived my entire life in obedience to them. There was no errors in numerous commands. My coming to the United States was only at God's command, and I don’t even have a 0.1% doubt that it is not a deceptive revelation, and the proof is that in June 2023, our church’s evangelist was moved by the Holy Spirit to say, “The power of praise will protect you in the USA!” And surprisingly, in January 2024, I released the first album of 12 songs “Kyungho Park’s own compositions” in USA. Now, Everyone will see how God's Will in leading the 4GospelChurch to the USA is fulfilled.

4GospelChurch는 하나님의 명령을 따라 미국에 왔습니다

2012년 12월 23일, 서울시 서초구 원지동에 있는 기도원 근처 제 차 안에 있는 저 박경호에게 하나님께서 임재로 나타나셔서 제게 말씀하셨습니다. “경호야! 너는 세계로 나가리라!” 2013년 12월 28일, 그 기도원에서 기도 중에 예수님의 음성을 듣게 됩니다. “교회를 개척하라!”, ‘무엇을 전할까요?’, “십계명을 어기면 지옥 간다고 전하라!” 2014년 1월 첫 주부터 경기도 성남시 수정구 신흥동 6717 가정집에서, ‘만남교회’라는 이름으로 매 주일마다 예배를 드렸습니다.

2014년 10월, 성령님께서 교회 이름을 “4GospelChurch”로 바꾸라고 제게 감동을 주셨습니다. 이후, 2016년 3월 경기도 하남시 풍산동 244-4로 예배 장소를 이전하고 토요일은 오후 4시~7시, 주일은 아침 9시~ 오후 4시까지 예배를 드렸습니다. 2018년 초, 새로운 예배에 대한 감동을 주셨으며, 그에 따라 8월 16일 서울시 서초구 본마을길 55-6에서 4GospelChurch 기도원을 시작했습니다.

2019년 7월, 기도 중에 “출판사를 하라!”는 하나님의 명령을 받아, 2020년 3월 16일 서울시 서초구 본마을길 55-1에서 <히브리어&헬라어 번역출판사>를 설립하였습니다. ‘박경호히브리어&헬라어번역성경’으로 [마태복음], [누가복음], [마가복음], [요한복음], [요한계시록], [New 마태복음], [New 누가복음], [New 마가복음], [New 요한복음], [New 요한계시록], [로마서], [창세기], [히브리서]를 출판하였으며, 판매 중에 있습니다.

2020년 3월 말, “너는 미국 목사를 위해 태어났다!”는 말씀을 주셨으며, 호수가 보이는 교회를 보여주시면서, 교회 개척의 감동을 주셨는데, 그 장소가 “미시간!”이라는 세미한 예수님의 음성을 들었습니다. 또한, 2022년 3월 8일 대한예수교장로회 합동해외총회 서북노회에서 목사안수를 받게 됩니다.

2022년 10월 14일, 미국에 <Hebrew&Greek Translation Publisher Inc> 출판사 법인을 등록하였으며, 2023년 3월 30일 1738 E M35, Little Lake MI 49833에 건물을 구입하였습니다. 4GospelChurch는 2023년 10월 19일에 미국에 왔고, 2024년 3월 26일 <4GospelChurch Inc>를 설립하였습니다.

아브라함이 하나님의 명령에 믿음으로 순종하여 가나안 땅에 왔기에, 2,000년간 천국 가는 복음이 계대되었습니다. 4GospelChurch도 하나님의 명령에 믿음으로 순종하여 하나님의 뜻을 따라 미국에 왔습니다. 4GospelChurch는 십계명과 산상수훈과 성령의 음성에 순종해야 천국 간다고 믿는 참된 그리스도인들입니다. 하나님의 명령은 제게 항상 존재하였으며, 전 평생을 그 명령에 따라 순종하며 살아왔으며, 단 한번도 명령에 오차가 없었습니다. 제가 미국에 온 것은 오직 하나님의 명령에 따른 것이며, 0.1%도 미혹된 계시라고 의심치 않는데, 그 증거가 2023년 6월 전도사를 통해 “미국에서 찬양의 능력이 너희를 보호하리라!”는 성령의 감동을 주셨으며, 놀랍게도 2024년 1월 미국에서, ‘박경호 자작곡’ 12곡 음반을 발매 했습니다. 이제 4GospelChurch를 미국으로 인도하신 하나님의 뜻이 어떻게 성취되는지를 모두가 보게 될 것입니다.

Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 Name

4GospelChurch (Puritan Church of USA)

Article 2 Address

The address is 1738 E State Highway M35, Little Lake, MI 49833.

Article 3 Enforcement Rules

Implementing this standing rule is for the glory of God. It is for the unity and peace of the church, and to practice grace and love. We promise to each other before God that we will not abuse this standing rule to overshadow God's glory by deliberately criticizing, condemning, slandering, or counterfeiting, and we hereby establish this standing rule as the enforcement rules.

Article 4 Purpose

The purpose of this standing rule is to have Jesus Christ as the head of the church and for us to be his members. According to the 66books of the New and Old Testaments, and the constitution and principles of faith of the Puritan Church, its purpose is missionary work, worship, education, social service, and fellowship with believers.

Chapter 2 Organization and Rights

Article 5 Ministers

1. The minister of the church may have as senior pastor a person who graduated from a denominational seminary or sound seminary, or someone who was mentioned and elected at the congregational meeting even if he did not graduate from a seminary.

2. The assistant pastor or evangelist must be a baptized member and can be appointed and dismissed by the senior pastor.

Article 6 Session

1. When the meeting is organized, the senior pastor in charge becomes the chairman of the session, and the elder becomes a member of the session.

2. The meeting shall have the final deliberation right of the church, but if the decision is insufficient, the chairman of the session shall pray and handle it with the right to decide.

Article 7 Elders and Deacons and Evangelists Council (Council)

1. It is composed of elders, deacons, and evangelists, and the chairperson is the senior pastor.

2. One of the seven deacons can be elected as an elder, and the elder is elected by the council.

3. Both men and women can become deacons.

4. Elders cannot preach.

5. The final decision of the council is made with the attendance of a majority of council members and the approval of a majority of attending members.

Article 8 Congregational Meeting

1. The congregation members must be baptized members of the 4GospelChurch, and the chairperson shall be the senior pastor.

2. Baptism is performed through a baptism ceremony for those who are judged to be saved. Baptism certificates are given to baptized members, which automatically expire after 7 years, and a baptism ceremony is held again 7 years later.

3. One of the seven baptized members can be elected as a deacon, and the deacon is elected at the congregational meeting.

4. Baptized members of other churches must be baptized again at the 4GospelChurch.

5. Decisions at meetings are made with the attendance of a majority of baptized members and the approval of a majority of attending members.

Article 9 Other Organizations and Meetings

1. Worshipers attending the 4GospelChurch are called as saints as the Bible says.

2. Several departments can be formed to spread the gospel.

3. The 4GospelChurch can send and support missionaries overseas.

4. The clergy meeting, session, council, and congregational meeting are convened by decision of the senior pastor.

5. In the event of the death or absence of the senior pastor, a higher-ranking assistant pastor or evangelists or a higher-ranking session members, or a council members, or congregational meeting members takes his place.

Article 10 Suspension of Rights

If there is a member who cannot perform his holy duties, and criticizes, the 4GospelChurch and is disobedient, and is not virtuous to the church, his rights will be suspended and he will be excommunicated under the ex officio authority of the senior pastor.

Article 11 Obligations

1. All saints must comply with this standing rule, and implement the decided matters, and pay tithes and offerings and donations, and observe sabbath (Sunday and Saturday services). If this is violated, the senior pastor will advise. If it is not carried out after that, it will be disciplined by dismissal or expulsion.

2. All saints must live according to the Word of God and obey and follow the teachings and authority of the senior pastor.

3. All saints have the obligation to dedicate their talents, time, and materials for the glory of God and the mission of the church.

4. Members who is or was a member of the 4GospelChurch should not bring any suit, at law against the Church senior pastor, evangelists, the elders or deacons. Anyone who cannot agree to this cannot attend the 4GospelChurch.

Article 12 Honorary Pastor

1. A honorary pastor who is over 100 years old and has served at the 4GospelChurch for over 20 years, and is decided with the attendance of a majority of baptized members and the approval of a majority of attending members at the congregational meetings, and is promoted upon retirement. However, he must be a dedicated pastor of this church and is limited to one person.

2. The monthly honorarium fee is set at 60% of the final honorarium fee and is paid until he or his spouse dies.

Chapter 3 Finance

Article 13 Finance

1. The church's finances may be used only for the purpose of obtaining and spending income to achieve the goals of the church.

2. When the church acquires, or disposes of, or changes rights to property, legal acts are carried out in the name of three of the council members designated by the senior pastor (which may include the senior pastor).

3. Those he is saints or not, he cannot raise an objection or request return of anything which have dedicated or donated to God, regardless of the reason.

4. The financial accounting month runs from the month’s first day to the month’s last day each month. There is no the financial accounting year. The financial accounting unit is composed monthly.

5. This church’s financial ledger and related receipts are kept for one month of the financial fiscal month and discarded after completion.

Article 14 Expenditure Resolution

1. Regarding church expenditures, the senior pastor makes the final payment for church financial deposits and withdrawals.

2. When the senior pastor of the 4GospelChurch is sent as a missionary, the full cost of building the local church is supported and monthly missionary expenses are supported with 60% of the final honorarium fee being supported.

Chapter 4 Reporting Forms and Documents

Each department must report to the senior pastor regarding the current status of the church, events, movement of members, and other general matters, by reporting forms and documents.

Chapter 5 Rewards and Punishments

Article 16 Rewards and Punishments

1. Those who have contributed greatly to the development of the church may be awarded an award in the name of the church.

2. Those who defame the church, those who engage in financial transactions between members without the permission of the senior pastor, anyone who interferes with the harmony and development of the church will be severely punished by dismissal or expulsion from the ex officio of the senior pastor, and order will be established in the church.

Chapter 6 Retirement Regulations

Article 17 Retirement Regulations

1. The retirement age of elders and deacons is 80 years old, and if they are not recognized as baptized members at the baptism ceremony held every seven years, they will be suspended from serving.

2. When he reach the age of 80, he will cease working regardless of your retirement ceremony.

3. The senior pastor's retirement age is 100 years or older, and retirement is decided upon at a congregational meeting with the attendance of a majority of baptized members and the approval of a majority of attending members, and then he is promoted to a honorary pastor.

Chapter 7 Supplementary Provisions

1. Matters not included in this standing rule shall be subject to the decision of the senior pastor.

2.
